Many on the left will think he’s somehow evil for adopting a black child as his own, and many on the right will think he’s a fool for believing his black child might still have a harder time than his white child.
But a man who speaks what he believes to be the truth even when many from both his friends and enemies will object, well, at least that is a man with a backbone.

I know a black guy who was adopted by a white family that lives in Minneapolis - at that time a very white area. He said being black was tough for him but he’s a good guy. Saw him a couple of weeks ago after a long time - he’s having trouble getting a job and had various stories of problems driving while black. Awful to hear because he is a really fine guy - he’s just like anyone but he has darker skin.
Somebody will find something wrong with this and anything else the man does or has done any time in his life; past, present or future. They will do all they can to destroy him and he knows it of course. I hope his kids are up to it all. He seems to be ready for it and I wish him well. It will probably be much worse than he ever imagined.

Since Rep. Johnson said this in a video clip, it would seem that Newsweak was being niggardly to Jack by capitalizing "Black," but not "white".
Also, Johnson's phrase should have been "White American" rather than "White Caucasian," which is somewhat redundant.
I wonder if Speaker Johnson will join the Tuohy family in having his ‘son’ express his love with a lawsuit.

Johnson should run for President on the Republican ticket.
Let him have a couple months of running the House, then have him put his name in the ring for President.
