I like Johnson WAY MORE than I do Jordan for this job. I believe Johnson will be a fighter AND a doer. Jordan was never more than talk so I’m grateful we are poised to move the ball forward from here on out.

The House GOP is exhausted and they knew this clown show needed to end. Johnson sounds like an upgrade over McCarthy, but we will see - I have no idea how he grades out compared to Jordan.

I know that now, Speaker Mike Johnson is a 3 term Congressman from Louisiana and a lawyer by profession.

In December 2020, Johnson signed an amicus brief in support of Texas v. Pennsylvania, a lawsuit filed at the Supreme Court contesting the results of the 2020 presidential election.

In January 2021, Johnson voted to overturn the election results in Pennsylvania in support of Trump’s lawsuit.
