A lot of those items are big, heavy and require maintenance and a lot of fuel. Smuggling a rifle is doable. A tank or a helicopter? Not so much.
Straight line distance from land-locked Afghanistan to Israel is approx 1500 miles. Those weapons are likely, or in the process of being, scattered all over by now.
All of the videos I’ve seen they’ve had AKs but I have no doubt the Taliban was happy to sell them some ARs.
