Democrats ran Biden three years ago and they knew what he was then.. . Every one in DC knew he was a liar. That he plagiarized. That he owned mansions a man with his salary could not own... they knew he showered with his young frightened daughter and set up his son to solicit bribes. Democrats in DC aren't stupid.
