Broke tradition and read the article. I did not read what the defendant was actually caught doing, rather an anonymous tipster said the defendant bragged of doing things. Doesn’t sound like a crime was actually observed.
Second, the article mixes an earlier conviction with a subsequent accusation. Ostensibly to build a dramatic ‘white nationalist’ clickbait theme. At a minimum it reeks of subjectivity by the writer (shocking, I know).
Third, obviously not an attorney but question if the defendant should sue The Hill for libel.
