Apparently, Democrats do all they can making sure to push polls up for Trump. They know full well that all this non-stop persecution against him makes even some anti-trump people pro-Trump.

Thus, it seems Democrat’s plan is to get rid of the Bidens, forcing him to give up his reelection bid.

If you don’t support him (for any reason) you’re the problem.

I agree with this, and would add that every single one of the dolts who are running against him in the Republican primary needs to withdraw immediately or they are the problem too.

The Raw Story is saying the ‘quiet part out loud’ in my opinion... and who doesn’t believe the jello-people that run the RNC won’t attempt to do just this?

DC Court, DC Judge, DC Jury. They could get a conviction based on a grocery list from 1892. They will go for insurrection because that is the one that makes him ineligible.

I’m not sure what he can do about this directly

Speaker McCarthy could just PLAY by the same rules and issue Subpoenas. ARREST Warrants and Detainment Warrants for every single player in this GET TRUMP at all costs crap they are playing, HE CAN DO THE SAME and NOBODY, Not even the Courts can STOP HIM. Instead he just sits back and counts the Bribe Money hoping to get even more if he stays quiet

“U.S. CODE
TITLE 2—THE CONGRESS
CHAPTER 6—CONGRESSIONAL AND COMMITTEE PROCEDURE; INVESTIGATIONS
Sec. 193. Privilege of witnesses
No witness is privileged to refuse to testify to any fact, or to produce any paper, respecting which he shall be examined by either House of Congress, or by any joint committee established by a joint or concurrent resolution of the two Houses of Congress, or by any committee of either House, upon the ground that his testimony to such fact or his production of such paper may tend to disgrace him or otherwise render him infamous.”

Simply look up Hinds Precedents, especially chapters 53 and 51, and Cannon’s Precedents, especially chapters 184-185. You’ll find numerous detailed cases of Congress asserting its power, arresting people, holding them until they agreed to answer questions, and then releasing them. Some of these people did not refuse to appear, but simply failed to satisfactorily answer questions.

Congress has the authority to arrest and imprison those found in Contempt. The power extends throughout the United States and is an inherent power (does not depend upon legislated act)

If found in Contempt the person can be arrested under a warrant of the Speaker of the House of Representatives or President of the Senate, by the respective Sergeant at Arms.

Statutory criminal contempt is an alternative to inherent contempt.

Under the inherent contempt power Congress may imprison a person for a specific period of time or an indefinite period of time, except a person imprisoned by the House of Representatives may not be imprisoned beyond adjournment of a session of Congress.

Imprisonment may be coercive or punitive.

In 1857, a New York Times reporter refused to say which members of Congress had asked him to get them bribes (protecting his “sources” just as various Judith Millers today protect the people who feed them proven lies that costs thousands of lives), so Congress locked him up until he answered and then banned him from Congress.

In 1924 an oil executive appeared but refused to answer certain questions, so the Senate held — literally held — him in contempt. Senator Thomas Walsh of Montana argued that this question of contempt was of the gravest importance, and that it involved “the very life of the effective existence of the House of Representatives of the United States and of the Senate of the United States.” The matter was taken to court, and the witness fined and imprisoned

I always thought a lot of those who had big beards hid behind them to look “tougher” than they really are.

The evolutionary purpose of a face beard is to stymie beta males from identifying which alpha male fathered their wife's baby.

The more they attempt to charge him with the more they expose themselves as corrupt and lawless political hacks who are totally unfit to govern and therefore in urgent need of replacement.

One of the things that enables this banana republic like corruption is the Dems’ complete lack of fear of ever being held accountable by the gutless GOP. They wouldn’t behave like this if they knew the GOP would go after them when the tables turned.

Who is going to stop these crazed lunatics?

May the Divine Providence of God Almighty who miraculously birthed our nation in the face of overwhelming odds, now intervene again, take down these crazed lunatics one way or the other, and again in the face of overwhelming odds, restore America’s Free Constitutional Republic, in Jesus name. Amen.

It is beyond any doubt that they’re guilty of election interference.

Must get Trump—Must Stop Trump at all costs. Watch—they will then go for the JFK Option. A Madman’s bullet (really a decorated FBI shooter I believe) a Drone strike of Trumps Plane, A Big Bomb at a Trump Rally (Putin did it) I honestly fear for Trump’s life. I can see few options for the Anti-Trump people—they must strike because if they do not—he will hit them in office. Its like the southern states leaving the Union before Lincoln frees the slaves by decree. (an ill founded idea). BUT—I believe—I fear—if Trump falls—he will only be the first in a horrible Civil war—Blue vs Red.

None of these trials will be held until after the election.

Trump can dump these idiotic charges and pardon himself.
