The second argument, that the special grand jury is unfair and therefore any subsequent indictment should be dismissed and the evidence should be suppressed in a subsequent trial, was also rejected by the Supreme Court. The Court then went onto explain in very simple terms what a grand jury is, how it differs from a trial jury and how it relates to the Constitution.
I’ve been in that Grand Jury room before.
When I was in there, the people seated didn’t have any idea what the case was about until the ADA started talking about the case and I gave my testimony. The GJ only hears one side of the case, mine. And it’s the first time they hear about any of the facts unless the case makes the news.
But, rarely do they ever get to hear specifics, as they would in a murder case, for example.
With the way they’ve been putting this case and pending GJ all over the news, there’s no way they’re getting an unbiased GJ, one way or another. And I’m sure that Fani did her best to pick from registered Democrats.
It’s going to be interesting when the DA submits her copy of the phone call which, apparently, has been proven to have been selectively edited and when the defense gets to submit their copy and put Fuchs on the stand. I wonder how she’ll fare under some scrutiny. I’m pretty sure most of the people involved in all of these charades have been told that there’s nothing to worry about, that it won’t get that far. And while I’m fairly versed with the Georgia Criminal Code, Title 16, I know nothing of whatever code they’re trying to pin this case to.
Kind of hard to believe there was any ‘election interference’, whatever that is, after the election and votes were counted and nothing in Georgia changed nor did Kemp, Raffensberger, Carr, Ralston, Miller do anything to interfere at the request of the President.
Georgia is lost. It is no longer a southern state in my humble southern opinion. Georgia, mainly Atlanta and metro Atlanta which has spread further and further out into the smaller cities outside and is taking them over also, is GONE!! Georgia has been taken over by liberals, commies, socialists, whinebags, that have moved into the city from the Yankee liberal north. Georgia was marched through by Sherman. Now it is marched through and occupied by communists from the north. The line is drawn at the Alabama state line. We are still the most Christian and conservative state in this Republic and we intent to remain that way until the Rapture of the Church of Jesus Christ!!! LORD willing!! Up the Republic!!
