WRONG. You are being subjected to a tyranny that dictates at whim, and you think you’re going to get around it by relying on a form that the tyranny controls.
It has probably been ILLEGAL in your state to demand an I-9 as a condition of housing for years now, and if not, it will be as soon as you try using it. And you’ll pay for it big time. Your kind needs to be punished.
If you can’t provide the I-9 you are not allowed to be employed. So how would you pay your rent? A catch 22 using the government’s own laws. Not regulations, but laws.
