The more pertinent and important question is what do we intend to so about reversing it because allowing it to be the status quo is neither acceptable or sustainable long-term.
Impossible to ever know, trillions and trillions....and despite Chinas supplying drugs to the world...they, ironically kill drug dealers...so they dont have this “drug infestation”.
