Ms Moreno has my respect for being 75 ,still working with the unpredictable public, still feeling that bond of loyalty to her store.
Bad news, she lost her job because of it. Good news, she didn’t lose her life or get beaten up for it.
...and hopefully the company will be paying her for the firing after 18 years. (They should be forced to explain why counseling or a write-up or something wouldn’t be sufficient for an 18 year long employee.)
