It’s not about race, it’s about culture. The amount of melanin in their skin has nothing to do with it. It does have everything to do with how they were raised.

You and I understand it’s not a whole race or even most of one race...some on this thread don’t get that fact. This kind of behavior is seen in all races and it is all about culture or as I prefer to say... its a lack of moral foundation.
