So not surprised. Absolute chaos crowd scene, late at night, with the sound of extremely young children out shouting and chattering. Just a normal night in the hood.
Back when I taught at risk kids, one of my darlings was taken away by the ATF (kid was put in a vest and everything) because he was in trouble for firing an automatic (or semi auto I guess) weapon in the air at a street party. One of the strays hit another party goer.
Feral human colonies. At least the cats near where I work are cute.
