I don’t like Trump’s insults. I agree with Reagan’s 11th Commandment, but I don’t know how successful it would be into today’s political environment. I don’t like insults against anyone, including Democrats. Sure. Biden is ancient and apparently having cognitive difficulties. Rather than personal attacks, I prefer attacks on Democrat policies.

Politics is blood sport these days. But really, what good does it do to play nice and lose? With so much on the line these days, literally national survival, winning is vital. Democrats open up with everything they have against Republicans, no holds barred. Lawfare, personal attacks, outright lying, election manipulation if not outright fraud—all are being used against Trump.

As for whether DeSantis and Trump are on the same political team, I don’t know. I read rumors that DeSantis is being supported by the GOPe, but I don’t know if that’s true. DeSantis is pretty good on the issues I know of. However, I’m Trump no matter what this election and think DeSantis should serve out his full term as Florida governor.

But not within the Democrat party. They save their insults and venom for Republicans. For example, AOC has criticized some of Biden’s policies. But she doesn’t insult Biden. She doesn’t call him “fool”, or any other names.

And what Democrat mocks the Clintons or the Obamas? None do.

ArcadeQuarters is right. See post #16.
