If any business had an employee that lost them $$ and gained them bad PR, they would fire that employee. Why haven’t they done it?
They should stop saying that Anheuser-Busch lost six billion dollars. They might have lost a million or two in sales but the six billion was stock value which is not anywhere near the same thing. If I dropped a couple of hundred dollars ion the sidewalks I would have lost a couple of hundred dollars. If the value of my house goes down I would still have the same amount of money. Just my house would not be worth quite as much.
