The White House is warning that a proposed Ugandan bill that would outlaw identifying as LGBTQ+ could threaten US aid to the African country.
John Kirby, coordinator of strategic communications for the National Security Council, said Wednesday that if the law passes, the Biden Administration would consider potential "repercussions...perhaps in an economic way."
"This would be really unfortunate because so much of the economic assistance we provide Uganda is health assistance," Kirby said at a press briefing. "Hopefully it won't pass and we won't have to do anything."
The United States provides more than $950 million in aid to Uganda each year...

Uganda might say: “Go ahead! We know certain parties both in Russia and in China who can supply that same financing, but without all those LGBT rules your president keeps making up.”
Uganda response: “The western countries should stop wasting the time of humanity by imposing their social practices on us,” President Museveni said. “Sex is confidential, so why should the public know whether you are a homosexual or not unless you pronounce yourself?”
Noting that “[h]omosexuals are deviations from normal,” Museveni appeared to call for more research into whether homosexuality arises from “nature or by nurture.”
This is what happens when we become dependent. That entity has control.

Our Department of State has always used dollars instead of diplomacy. They really think they can buy friendship. It may appear as such, but it’s only skin deep.
And China and Russia, for all their faults, will not force Uganda to embrace the Globohomo agenda.

Whoa! I thought we were sending money to Uganda to save the starving children. That’s what I’ve been told for years.
Is that not true?! Have I been told a falsehood (that is the new word for “lie” I believe. It sounds so much more melodic, don’t you think?). I’m simply heart-broken to find we are going to leave the children starving and the large GIBLET people population of Uganda both without support.
