A California teenager has started to sue the doctors who at age 13 cut off her breasts in a medical gender change she now bitterly regrets, in America's latest blockbuster trans lawsuit.
The 18-year-old, who is referred to as Layla Jane, says she should never have been put through the 'torment' of testosterone hormones at age 12 and puberty blockers and surgery the next year.
She is one of a growing number of detransitioners, as they are known, who come to regret their procedures and sue the doctors they accuse of pushing them into irreversible treatments instead of counselling.

Only 13 years old! So many common physical events of growing up will never happen to this young lady, at least not naturally or for free.
I dont. These families doctor shopped around, rejecting advice from prior doctors not to do it, and they just kept looking until they found doctors that would do what they all wanted - and by all I mean the warped parents and the warped kid.
Huge. These are so big. I kept saying, people want justice in the China Virus vaxxes, they will come through a steady drumbeat of suits where all it takes is ONE (like with the cigarette industry) to break the dam. Same thing here.
The kid was only a kid. Her parents and these doctors are at fault.

Unfortunately it will be going to Ca courts. Ca Judges are l run by rat hacks. As horrific as this is l don’t like her chances. 13 years old and they mutilated her, there are no words fir this horror. What part of hell did the parents come from
Why is it the doctors’ fault? She presumably wanted it at the time and at age 13 she would have had to have parental consent. In the liberal utopian paradise of CA the doctors would have probably been sued if they didn’t do the surgery. Screw the moron kids who make stupid decisions and let them live with the consequences of their own bad judgment. If there are no consequences then other stupid teens won’t learn by example and maybe even this one might learn not to do irreversible things to her body.
Lawsuits are good, but what we really need are some executions for crimes against humanity.
Lawsuits that only end up in money. These monsters with medical degrees should be hanged. Gender disporia is a false invention of the evil mental health industry. Completely bogus. Its past time for this corrupt profession to be banned and its practioners locked up forever.
a podcaster, Cliff Hi, was saying that this is Munchausens by proxy...these parents, mostly mothers I assume, are taking out huge emotional and mental problems on their children.

If this law suite is successful, medical malpractice insurers will be the cause of ALL DOCTORS and medical facilities to voluntarily not participate in such procedures since they won’t be covered by their medical insurance.
The doctor and the parents should hang.
That’s what I thought until I heard their stories. These kids were groomed online. Parents are told by the same experts that 85% of Americans listened to about the vax… your child will commit suicide. So essentially they are told dead child or a living trans.
It’s always easy to say I wouldn’t do that.. but if you trusted the experts on covid and the vax, you would have done this also.
