I agree with Vivek on the one hand. On the other hand, I do think from a legal standpoint, he may wait until the actual indictment happens. If it does, and he still doesn’t say anything, he’s toast.

And every day he waits until then to say anything, he destroys his creditability more and more.

That may be. Not a huge fan. But he’s a lawyer, if he says anything, and I am not sure he will, it will be after the indictment.
