"The View" host Whoopi Goldberg speculated on Monday that President Biden declassified all the documents discovered in recent months when he was vice president.
The ladies discussed President Biden’s credibility after a new batch of classified documents were discovered at his residence in Wilmington, Delaware.

And Joe took Docs out of a SCIF in 2013 and stood with them while Media took pictures, and peeps standing right ne t to him were using their Cell Phones.
You hear discussion of Biden taking Classified Docs home to read on Amtrak, which I suspect they are floating. That’s theft of Classified Docs.
And Hunter sent emails in 2014 that contained Classified info, indicating Joe passed on Docs to him, or Hunter took them on his own.
Why is Fox afraid to correct Whoppi Goldberg?
They defend her repeatedly, and she’s yet another friend of Hannity.

So Whoopi just said that what Trump did was completely legal and therefore raiding his house was an unconstitutional action and Garland should step down and face criminal and civil penalties.

Unfortunately, Whoopi Goldberg displays her ignorance. It is only the POTUS that has the right to declassify documents. Whoopi’s ignorance is shameful (and other words I won’t say).

VP has only authority to declassify things originally classified under his authority.
Only the PRESIDENT has authority over all classified material.

The key legal point relative to the charges, if any, against Biden or Trump, but mostly against Biden, having no power to declassify, and documents stored willy nilly with little security.
VP can classify docs, and he can declassify what he classified only. Biden’s got more than that.

Jill Biden has an EdD education degree which is not an MD or even a PhD. Her dissertation was “Student Retention at the Community College: Meeting Students’ Needs.”
