Obama ethics chief blasts Biden for retaining classified docs: 'Inexcusable neglect of the most basic security protocols'

Walter Shaub, ethics chief in the Obama administration, called out President Joe Biden on Tuesday for improperly retaining classified documents.

Biden, according to Shaub, demonstrated an "inexcusable neglect of the most basic security protocols." Still, Shaub downplayed the seriousness of Biden's actions by drawing a comparison to former President Donald Trump.

"It's nothing like Trump’s deliberate refusal to return classified records demanded by the National Archives," Shaub told Fox News, "but Biden’s own retention of classified records reflects an inexcusable neglect of the most basic security protocols."

No. Classified material must be safeguarded in accordance with the requirements in E.O. 13526, Part 4, Safeguarding; and 32 CFR 2001, Subpart E, Safeguarding.

You must not remove classified material from official premises except to conduct official meetings or conferences, and the material must be returned to safe storage facilities immediately upon the conclusion of the meeting or conference. Residences are not considered official premises, and you must not remove classified material for reasons of personal convenience or keep it overnight in personal custody.

What is this ongoing concern about classified govt documents being improperly stored by Biden really about? The content of all of them is already stored on whatever electronic means needed. They have been accessible by approved agencies. If the content of the docs is already known, what else is their value? The storage facilities of Biden were stupid and sloppy for any type of business material. Biden has mutible houses where surely there is an empty room or space for sensible storage of anything. The apparent fact that anybody could root thru the material might be convenient for Hunter Biden and all of the other above the law commie dems associated with Biden senior. Nothing about this daily coverage of insecure storage of archived material reveals the real intent and purpose of this search for more docs. Distraction from other truly important govt matters is a given but not the specific use of this particular storage issue. We are in the dark about so many things this commie democrat regime is doing to destroy our Republic.
