Thank you for sharing this story, and I am so glad to hear things have turned out so well.
While not as elongated or dire, my husband spent 8 days on a ventilator in April 2020, and ended up coming back to “normal” (his prior health status) within several months after some rehab and home therapy, etc.
Just saying I am not sure the posts about time on a ventilator are completely reliable.
That’s awesome! I’m thankful that he’s back to mormal!
