seemed to be a group ex parte hearing after the full hearing today...
It seemed like the judge’s best schedule cannot resolve the issue before hobbs is installed on the 3rd... is that right?
so there will be no overturning or re-vote... is my guess.
the system runs out the clock intentionally...
and the judge knows it. and so did wee willy gates.
if the judge had to rule on what he heard in evidence and cross interrogatories today... he might have to say that Lake would win a revote...
But give the dems 5-8 days to witness tamper, appeal court appeal shopping and the scheduled install hobbs... There does seem to be nothing that can be done to actually challenge or overturn THIS election.
My guess is that is the intention by the McCainites who ran interference for Hobbs.. out of spite towards america first patriots.

But I noted Kari had to drop her subpoena of Katy hobbs due the judge throwing out the remaining 80 percent of her list of complaints.... so only two remain. and they do not require Katy’s testimony.
one of the remaining complaints requires Kari’s team to prove beyond the preponderance of evidence... that there was malicious intent coupled to the kinetic 59 percent of polling stations being out of order on day of election and intentional action to make sure there was NO CHAIN OF CUSTODY for upwards of 300,000 votes from primarily republican voting stations/not precincts. my believe is if 200k of those votes were for kari... she actually won by at least 80 thousand votes... even with all themail in cheat votes we know the demos created ex nihlo.
the judge should declare HOBBS NOT the “governor elect” until after a re - election or at least until after his hearing decision is issued.
is there any example of a governorship being deep sixed after inauguration day... any ?
Sounds like shrink to fit is the wrong terminology if they are printing 19 inch image to 20 inch paper, it could however make the document unreadable by the designated reading computer because the readable boxes would be out of alignment.

Requires an honest Judge but don't hold you breath the democrats have been running this type of operation for many years. They always have a friendly Judge in cue when they take some stupid claim to court. Republicans keep saying they can't do that it is unconstitutional, as they watch them continue to that.
As I have said many times the Constitution offers no more protection than an abused spouse has as she try to fend off her abuser by holding her copy of the restraining order in his face. Tye supremes shirked their duty by refusing to give Texas' law suit a hearing so I hold out little hope they will ever correct this abuse. How can any court rule that requiring a picture ID to vote is racist?
what were the remedies that Kari sought in her pleading?
is there any precedence for those remedies in other states, or the United States or a US territory?
for governor, for senator, for dog catcher?
can a state supreme court order new elections?
can the federales do so because it also involved federal offices? as in Senators and representatives?
one would think so.
can Ducey be arrested for certifying under oath an election KNOWN to be defective? How about Hobbs? How about the Maricopa Sherriff? or the County board of supervisors?
Good questions I don’t know all the answers to.
One thing, if you’re certifying the election, you should be
able to address any issue that had been raised, and explain
how you resolved it.
If you can’t, you should be hung out to dry!
What I would like to see, is some of these judges who just
order people to certify the election to be prosecuted for
demanding a fraudulent election be certified.
Nobody should be under the gun to certify an election just
because some judge thinks he’s god.
If there are some issues still to be resolved, the certification
should remain open, regardless of deadlines.
I don’t know either but Lake was also pushing for certification without which none of the litigants could have proceeded or had their case go forward.
