The grieving boyfriend of Madison Mogen, one of four murdered University of Idaho students, broke his weeks-long silence about the monstrous killings during a heartbreaking memorial in the town where one victim grew up.
“None of these people deserved this,” Jake Schriger said at the Friday vigil in Post Falls, hometown of slain student Xana Kernodle, 20.
Schriger — who knew all four victims — recounted his first date with Mogen, 21, at The Breakfast Club in Moscow, and how that friendship blossomed into romance.
“She was the first person I talked to every morning and the last person I talked to before bed,” Schriger said at the vigil at the Real Life Ministries. “She was the person that I loved most.”
Mogen’s close friend Kaylee Goncalves, 21, and Kernodle’s boyfriend Ethan Chapin, 20, were also killed in the off-campus home in Moscow on Nov. 13.

The three girls that were murdered were all from the Coeur d’Alene, Idaho area. The two that survived were not - one was from Boise.
I wonder if the killer is someone from Coeur d’Alene that they knew, and who has been following them on social media.
Is there any evidence that suggest she felt the same amount of love this guy?
It’s the ex boyfriend of Goncalves that should be considered. They went together for five years, recently broke up. She was moving on with her life, a newer Range Rover, graduating in December, starting a job in Texas in January and reportedly leaving for Europe before she moved to Texas. Also the guy they tried to call ten times between 2:30 and 3:00 am, right before the murders. He did not answer the phone because he was asleep. She had already moved back to her hometown but visiting for two days to show off her Rover. Her parents claimed they were eventually going back together and they were 1000% behind him. Possibly he has an airtight alibi, but sleeping through ten phone calls wouldn’t be it and I am betting investigators are still looking at him. DNA is not going to convict him, but waiting him out will.
Jake is Maddie Mogen’s ex, not Goncalves, so your scenario and motive doesn’t work.

That’s true - he was in another dwelling on the property. One of the victims was stabbed on the lawn and she had to be screaming for her life and he still didn’t hear anything. He was the first suspect in the slayings.
Another theory was he heard the noise and lit out the back.
He hasn’t been publicly identified but the did say they had cleared him. The “internet” has rumors that his name is Jack Showalter.
Right cut the kid some slack, it’s hard to articulate words at times like this.
No it isn’t. Jack DeCouer was Goncalves boyfriend for five years. He is the one who took the dog, the one who the calls were made to the morning of the murders, which he didn’t answer because he was asleep. I do not believe he has made any public statement and has not been seen except for walking the dog. .

Yes, and Goncalves was not the girl graduating and moving to Texas, Mogen was. So the supposed motive doesn’t work.
You are wrong again. This is what I based my “supposed” motive on. In most circumstances, Jack DeCouer, her ex would be considered a suspect.

Fox News is wrong. Check their obits. Kaylee was a general studies and Maddie was the marketing major.
A person taking general studies could still go into marketing.

Just what difference does it make what their majors were? The FOX article did not say what her major was and it could have been general studies, it’s irrelevant What it does say is “SHE HAD A MARKETING JOB LINED UP”

One of those 3. No sign of sexual assault doesn't equate to it not being a sexually motivated crime.
