Just read the quote in context; it’s been posted all over the thread. Looks like he’s accusing the Democrats of “termination” of the Constitution.
No - he says he’s for extraordinary actions - including bypassing the rules of the constitution.
So hell no!
There’s 2 bodies that can rectify this - congress or the Supreme Court.
