Words to the effect of “It’s a serious charge, I will wait to comment until more information is discovered.”

Graham was and is well connected, as are most long-term, deep-state synpathizing politicians. I have no doubt he was mouthing to advise "caution" b/c he knew the coverup fix was in place and active.
