War in Ukraine caused an economic economic earthquake that is rippling across the West

The war in Ukraine is nine months old. It broke out in a world dominated by a self-assured West, led by a bruised but confident USA. That world no longer exists.

What has emerged is a sea change in global political power, alongside a slow-motion economic disaster which is still rippling through the West like an earthquake. Where once there was certainty, now there is doubt. Former allies and satellites such as Saudi Arabia and Argentina are realigning with the Chinese/Russian bloc known as BRICS, which is expanding beyond its founder members of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa to absorb up to a dozen more states in the near future.

I make 4 or 5 memes a day to post on social media etc. Over a decade, it's thousands, all saved and alphabetized.

With maps, references, photos, text, whatever. Because "a picture tells a thousand words."

Only a moron thinks this is something exceptional.

For example, here is an old Bill Mauldin cartoon I came across last week. I added the MIC logos. This is a quick meme.

I made all of these. They take no more than ten minutes, max, from idea to posting.

But to somebody of your very limited imagination and intelligence, they are "proof" of some outside help.

I designed and built this boat, solo, by hand, in a field, over 30 years ago.

[I still have it.]

Creative map/image/text memes are not hard, by comparison.

All it takes is 1. some imagination and 2. basic intelligence.

I do not think so.
These troubles are caused by the “Global warming” programs.
There are tons of oil and coal everywhere, but they banned them and then replaced by Russian sources.
Now they blaming everything on the war.
They should blame this on stupid ideas fighting the greatest hoax in Earth history!

What we are being fed here on USA MSM, compared to what is happening, is amazing.

Micro example: Russians can freely watch CNN and BBC. Europeans are blocked from watching RT. Now, why is that?

Watch this:

INSANE! Iraq JUST ANNOUNCED It’s MASSIVE New Oil DEALS With Russia And China And SHUTS DOWN The U.S

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n67scCMm1y0

For posting this, I’ll be called a “Putin Bot who wants to murder babies.”

It’s upside-down world.

It’s “Cultural Marxists” plus “Old Cold Warriors who think Russia is USSR 2.0”

That’s a big %.

I’m trying to wake up the Rip Van Winkles who think USA 2022 is the same as USA 1982, and ditto the USSR/Russia.

“I still haven’t figured out the rationale for US neocon/deep-state proxy war against Russia.”
I’ll help you here.

“Did they feel they could just grab Ukraine via coup and cash - and replace Russian oligarch corruption for their own oligarch corruption?”
They saw that as a minor benefit. There are plenty of ways to move money to The Big Guy, Ukraine was likely the biggest, but still a minor factor in the Neocon/Globalist support of that government.

“Did they imagine they could just roll-over Russian interests, right on Russia’s border, without any consequences at all?”
Yes. They figured that Russia held back on NATO Expansion, the Illegal NATO bombing of Serbia, and various other situations - so they figured Russia wouldn’t care regarding Ukraine, DESPITE every leader in Russia since the 1980s making it a clear red line. The goal was to have nuclear missiles seconds away from Russia’s major cities, and to tie up Russia’s military on the Ukraine border, much as we used China to tie up the Soviet military on their huge border.

“Did they calculate how the BRICS would react?”
They figured that the rest of the world would side with the winner. On this one, they got it right, the BRICS are pretty much all-in with who they see as the winner, Russia.

“Did not have any clue how it would effect oil/gas/coal/uranium/copper/wheat/nickel markets and the lives of US/EU citizens? Or did they simply not care?”
They figured that Russia would quickly be brought to its knees with their ‘sanctions’. The problem they had was that their extreme HATRED towards Russia blinded them to the risks of trying to isolate them...the biggest risk being that Russia was far from being a Third World country with oil and nukes. So, with the war dragging out, despite NATO throwing everything they got into it, the Neocons simply didn’t have a plan for it...so they just hope the whole thing just ‘goes away’. I doubt they’ve considered that if Russia considers us their enemy, they may be less likely to sell us the raw materials we need to have a first-rate military.

“At best - its sheer stupidity and arrogance. At worst its purposeful, satanic, globohomo, corrupt empire building.”
Arrogance is probably the best. But there is another side to this: The Globalist Agenda. We here at FR were always teasing the Globalists saying how are they going to save the world from Global Warming if Russia and China won’t play ball? Well, know we know, they had a plan:
1 - Bring down the Russian government, and replace it with a government that is a puppet to the West, breaking up Russia into 7 or 8 ‘manageable states’ in the process.
2 - With Russia now under Globalist control, the Globalists would no longer have to worry about Russia still selling their fossil fuels around the the world. The Globalist can simply put an end to that.
3 - Doing the above will then bring China and later India to their knees and force them to answer to the Globalists.
4 - Game over, the Globalists will be running the world - no other country will ever be strong enough to stand up to them. And that point, they can also push through their globohomo agenda, something they know won’t be easy on countries that still respect family values.

“No. It started with the US state department globohomo coup against Ukraine and Russia in 2014.”

Don’t let that guy get to you, they have no resources there due to their lack of a First Amendment and thus no access to the history of Ukraine, even the last 10 years. Therefore most of them truly believe that their is no relevant history there before Russia moved-in on Feb 24th. In the US, we have access to other sources, so we know that things were going on there before Feb 24th, things which directly threatened Russia.

Natural gas is pretty good for heating. Take a look at the pricing data. Looks like traders and the buyers and sellers think gas supplies in Europe will be sufficient for the winter.

Good post.

24/7 they are doing everything they can to take down the USA.

What you point out is part of it.

No nation could survive what our beloved USA is being subjected to.

Keep up your great work, Travis.
