It’s a mistake to think this misapplication of FTX money to political candisdates he targeted or favored was simply a power play for his personal agrandizement.
The political ploys of the Uniparty are ALWAYS about the money they can reap from going along with the graft that they perpetuate.
Trump and the Maga Republicans, like the Tea Party before them, represent a citizen driven movement to stop graft. We are a danger to them because our movement will break their rice bowls. Follow the Money.

Huge donors like FTX have always given to both sides just so that the Democrats and their media partners can say “both parties both did” whatever. The new twist on this is that donors like FTX can now give to Republicans who hate the MAGA movement, and thus gain two benefits. The McLosers have to go.
