LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Members of the Culinary Union were out on Friday and plan to be out this weekend knocking on voters' doors and calling them, urging them to fix the issues with their ballots so their votes can be counted.
Linda Hunt is one of 200 Culinary Union workers helping Clark County voters cure their ballots.
"We get a list, and we go to each address, we knock, and if the voter doesn't answer, then we call them," Hunt said.
If your ballot needs to be cured, it most likely means your signature needs to be verified. And until you do, your ballot can't get counted in the midterm election.
"Call the hotline number, put it on speaker, and they will ask you three short questions, and you can verify that information. 'I already called, and they say my vote is correct.' Alright, yay. I'm so glad your vote has been cured, and your voice is heard," Hunt said.
In addition to door knocking, Culinary Union canvassers also set up a phone bank. Primarily focused on reaching union voters.
It's a big effort focused on re-electing Nevada Senator Catherine Cortez Masto.
Hunt took a political leave of absence to support the election, she said she's determined.
"This is my third time coming to her house," Hunt said.
And although some voters didn't answer, Hunt said her days have been successful.

How is it cheating? Apparently it’s legal. Is it cheating because the GOP doesn’t recruit supporters to do it?
It is and it’s perfectly legal, ask yourself why the GOP isn’t doing the same thing.
I heard Joe Kent on Steve Bannon’s War Room, his campaign is offering free rides to any voter that needs to cure their ballot.
You play the game by the rules that everyone else is using
Exactly, you can’t bitch and complain when the Democrats take advantage of the rules and beat your ass, especially when your side is doing nothing but complain.

It is almost as if they are in some kind of advocacy conspiracy with the Democrat Party and only target Democrat voters.

They check to see who did not vote on election day so the Rat Bolsheviks are sent to houses and manufacture a vote AFTER the election. This is what they are doing.

I envy their organizing skills. They are unified and do whatever it takes to win.
Nevada should return the favor to the Culinary Union....no one go out to eat for 10 days or a month and show them the great reset they want....
There are warning notices on voting envelopes, that incorrect information will disqualify the ballot. Are disqualifications only applicable to Republican votes? Unions are heavily infested with Democrat officers. They should focus on protecting workers' rights in regards to their jobs. But Unions interfere with political causes that support Democrats, and harm Republicans. To me, that is cheating.
You can’t ‘cure’ a ballot. This is outright fraud.
The voter should be going to the center...the ballots should never leave the center.
