Guess that I miss the “either-or” with regard to Sharia. As I remember the US 50 years ago, we sure as hell had elements of Sharia - such as no tolerance for Drag Queen Parades, and schools that WERE NOT trying to Groom kids to be gay...didn’t mean we were a Sharia country. So what’s the harm in simply returning to that, when we didn’t allow a tiny Leftist fringe to run our entire social policy?

That is basically what I was trying to say. FR seems to be overstocked with angry attack dogs who do not converse with intellectual honesty. In January I came back from a three year hiatus from FR, due entirely to the caustic nature of supposed like-minded conservatives. It seems that another hiatus is in order.
