Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake is set to appear on CNN's State of the Union with Dana Bash and Jake Tapper on Sunday after weeks of establishment media ignoring Lake and her rise in the polls.
Lake, a Trump-endorsed candidate and former local news correspondant, had critisized establisment media in the past for their bias in reporting on her candidacy; they even went so far as to attack her daughter in June.

Lake is a finished product. She can handle herself on live TV with a hostile interviewer and look amazing at it, even without prep , because she isn't playing a character and following a script, she is the persona she portrays and that persona understands the media and how it can be used to twist the truth.
The most sinister part is that her fans know all this and will tune in, and the ratings will justify further appeals to the right by CNNs new management.
A really bad move, IMO. She shouldn’t go anywhere near communist shows like that. They’ll lie and say anything they can to try to destroy her chances.
They’re hit interviewers and no good ever comes from them for conservatives, especially not Trump supporters.
Kari will destroy CNN and unlike most spineless Republicans, every time they try and hit her about questioning the 2020 election, she will fire back over CNN’s russian collusion coverage- bank on it!!!!

Cnn will try to sue her for the mental and emotional anguish she will bring upon them. And then only if they treat her respectably. IF they try to pull a fast one then only Heaven can help them. And we ALL know Heaven isn’t on the side of cnn. Not pretty but pretty simple.

Nobody still watching CNN was going to vote for her anyhow. Any of her supporters tuning in will still vote for her because they know how she really is and won't turn on her over one bad TV appearance (which would be her first).
On the other hand, if Kari performs as expected, she might cause some of those CNN viewers to engage their brains a little. Maybe she'll pick up a few votes.

During the 2016 campaign, Trump did all these shows. I think that is why he got elected. He was not afraid to go into the belly of the beast and hold his own. Voters respected him for that.

All of them should be like that. If you can’t go on CNN then you have no business running for Governor. In the case of Kari Lake she used to work in media.
They’re vicious liars who will throw some unfounded allegations into their viewers little minds right before voting starts. The same type of people who came up with the ridiculous accusations against Kavanaugh at his confirmation. It’s not a good move at all, and I’m wondering who she’s listening to that thinks it’s a wise move.

she’s very sharp and quick witted. I wouldnt worry. Anyone who’s actually seen her talk and debate knows she can handle herself.
