I wouldn’t dignify their subpoena with a reply. Just ignore it like they’ve (Republicans included), ignored the majority of the law-abiding citizens of this country for all these years. F them!

He could handle them with one hand tied behind his back. The problem is they want to bring him behind closed doors and then use selected clips from his testimony to totally mislead people as to what happened.
Or they just know he will resist it and they want to use that for the publicity value and to bring further charges against him.
They also may hope he takes the 5th amendment which would be the smartest thing he could do because they are a bunch of scumbags.

When will they stop? Trump was impeached and acquited for any thing he did or didn’t do while President including January 6. These are the facts but because they have no other hope of retaining power in November they continue.

It would probably be wise for DJT to ignore the subpoena,commenting that unlike with *real* Congressional committees this one doesn't have a real member of both parties. This is just another Rat Party Headquarters stunt.
Another fun comment would be for DJT to say "if the GOP takes control of the House Bella Pelosi is sure to be called to testify,under oath,why she turned down my offer of 10,000 National Guard troops.

Trump would then be found to be in ‘contempt of Congress’. Atty. General Garland would prosecute. Since the offense occurred in the District of Columbia, that is where the trial would be held. The only real question would be will the jury find him guilty before or after the lunch break?
