What she said was nothing - it was a few words in Spanish using a Mexican Spanish term for describing a lively, cute child as being a little monkey.
We used to use that term in English (little monkey, little imp, that sort of thing) and it did not refer to blacks but to any cute child, especially a little boy.
It’s only with the Dems that any reference to a monkey is a racial slur. So maybe we should actually start by asking about that, hmmm?

I had read her statements in Spanish. Negrito or negrita in Cuban, Venezuelan or even Mexican Spanish is generally a fond term for a dark-skinned or actually just about any person.
There are even poems and love songs that use the term.
I would say the kid was behaving badly, and while she may have been over the top, she was not literally calling to have him beaten up. In New York, we used to say “he needs a slap upside the head” and where I live now people usually say he needs his a** whipped or he needs a “whuppin”.
Probably she should have kept her opinion to herself, but I honestly don’t think she was being racist.
I would suspect that she and the LA city council may be a little more conservative than the Biden regime would like (I think they have tried to resist some of Newsome’s decrees) and this is just a great opportunity for him.
