Since PayPal is nothing but an online pseudo bank they don’t have content such as news and commentary. So yes, they would monitor other sites and “fine” people with whom they disagree.

Paypal wouldn't have to monitor other sites. The other sites would just inform Paypal of your 'misiinformation' post. After all, all those sites know about all the sites you visit and use.

I used Paypal only once in my life (about 10 years ago), and hated the experience. Never again, and never to any other online payment system; not for me; I don't trust any of them.
