There have been many reports with photos from Ukraine about S-300 strikes on civilians and civilian infrastructure on the ground (mostly apartments, yards and streets).

That's still BS and you know it. Russians are simply not going to WASTE AA missiles on land targets which they cannot even target with those missiles when they now have the Iranian bomb drones that are lethal, accurate,and dirt-cheap.
The ONLY people with anything resembling a reason to use AA missiles over hoho cities are the hohos. The BS YOU're attempting to spread is absolute sewage-grade BS.
