is this based on his actual salary or his salary cap average for the contract(usually a big difference, ill see if i can find it)

Hill signed a 120 mill 4 year contract in August. got 52 mil upfront(guaranteed $), another 20 mill guaranteed beginning next year. his actual salary for this year if i read it right is 6 mill this year.
