The PR electrical grid goes down ALL the time.
I was flying there when it went down (the whole dang island) for several days because a squirrel got fried in a transformer. True story.

Generators that are powered by what? Gasoline, diesel, propane? Those are all taboo energy sources according to the Climate troglodytes. They demand that all backup generators run on batteries charged by an invisible force ray, supplied by alien technology. Such is our fate.

It seems like PR has frequent island-wide blackouts. Do they have people from CA running and maintaining their grid?
You’d think in the tropic, solar power and wind power would be a big thing.
It is not a big thing when solar panels and windmills get hit with hurricane force wind gusts. My guess is the Puerto Rico power grid is still recovering from the Cat 5 hurricane Maria that hit the island 5 years ago almost to the day.
