EXCLUSIVE: Eric Trump reveals what REALLY happened in FBI raid: President's son says agents REFUSED to hand over warrant, kicked lawyer off property, searched Melania's clothes - and ordered security cameras to be turned off

Eric Trump revealed FBI agents refused to hand over the search warrant for their raid on Mar-a-Lago and kicked an attorney off the property in a new, incisive account of the Monday operation at the Florida estate.

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, the former president's son said the 30 agents who arrived at the property asked staff to turn security cameras off – but they refused.

The bureau, he said, also brought safe crackers in to break into his father's safe, and he slammed the investigators for rummaging former first lady Melania's wardrobe and searching through clothing.

He called the raid another 'coordinated attack' on his father Donald Trump and insisted there is no way President Joe Biden was kept in the dark about the search.

The latest explosive account comes with the Department of Justice facing mounting pressure to explain what grounds they had for the search.

Eric said that his father's lawyer Christina Bobb was forced to stand at the end of the Mar-a-Lago driveway throughout the raid.

'There's 30 agents there,' he recalled of the Monday search in a phone call with DailyMail.com. 'They told our lawyer… you have to leave the property right now. Turn off all security cameras.'

'They would not give her the search warrant,' he claimed. 'So they showed it to her from about 10 feet away. They would not give her a copy of the search warrant.'

They had a warrant. They refused to let the lawyer see it. Only let her see it from 10 feet away where you cant really read it

Hey, that's how close election observers get to seeing things, so why should little things like warrants now be different?

Maybe...but I feel that committing such an outrageous and and gratuitous search only convinces Americans about the pathological limit of Liberals’ desperation.

Who but the most desperate, ethically bankrupt and criminal people commit to such extremes?

Not producing the warrant and forcing the Attorney of Record to Leave while they conducted this illegal search is probably enough to have everything thrown out and have the thugs fired

many years ago some Detectives served a search warrant at my brothers office, when they forced his Lawyer to leave he went straight to police chief to file a complaint. 1 week later both Detectives were writing Parking Tickets for a YEAR!!!

> The FBI i(s) the most corrupt organization in America.

Therefore they are hiding things from each other when planning and executing these raids. No way they are good enough to hide all trails of that. They are now reduced to raw displays of power.

Since when do the FIB need a warrant to check women’s clothes?

Also look at how these FBI agents were dressed. Did they really think they’re gonna have a shoot out at the residence of President Trump? They dress like they’re going after Osama bin Laden. Say what you will about J Edgar Hoover, but in the Efrem Zimbalist Jr days, a couple of men in business suits would’ve knocked on the door

We are living in a dictatorship.

All this harassment of Trump and his family because President Trump tried to make America great, and do things that benefited Americans, not these corrupt, criminal, low life D's, and their foreign associates.

This whole thing is disgusting beyond belief.

I have to believe there were also surveillance/security cameras that were hidden and on some other sort of system. I cannot believe someone who is under such fire from his enemies would not have redundant surveillance cameras that are hidden. But that’s just my opinion.

Problem with the chain of custody,Warrant not properly served, lawyer not allowed to observe, Closetgate, safe cracking. Possibly more because public document (warrant) not public.

I’d say on its face, this situation should be legally problematic for the Feds.

The Mail is being purposely misleading here. The implication is the cameras were left on because staff refused to turn them off. The cameras were shut off but not by staff.

Well, they're just reporting what Eric Trump said, and I didn't see anything in Eric Trump's statement saying that the FBI turned off the security cameras on their own.

In any case, even asking for security cameras to be turned off under these circumstances is a really bad look for the FBI. They should have let his lawyer be present for that search as well.

I believe it was the supporting affidavit that was sealed, which means we don’t know the legal grounds for the search. But the part of the warrant that described “with particularity” the items for which they were searching was shown to the lawyer.
