As Andy McCarthy stated today, a law passed by Congress, does NOT supercede the Constitution. There are two requirements in the Constitution for eligibility for being President -— 35 years of age, or older, and a natural born citizen. (One of the many reasons democrats want to pack the Supreme Court, and why progressives reeeally want to throw out the Constitution).
I agree with you, but I am concerned that the same Florida judge would rule against Trump. The courts might even say that he has no standing like they did with the 2020 Elections.
one more requirement: 14 years residency in the USA.
