State Sen. Scott Wiener is celebrating today — his bill, SB 107, which will erode parents’ rights by allowing minor children to travel to California for trans procedures, puberty blockers, known as “gender-affirming health care.”
Should SB 107 pass, non-parent adults could bring minor children to California for experimental and damaging transgender medical interventions, without the knowledge or consent of their parents.
The bill would make California a destination state for “transgender” procedures for minors.

I feel like I’ve seen the name “Scott Weiner” about two dozen times over the past few years, and it’s always attached to some ridiculous LGBT bill.
Does this guy do anything in the California State Assembly besides sit there and think up some new LGBT-related legislation to address a near non-existent “problem”?
This man is just plain evil. When I lived in California, any bill that was outrageous was a Weiner bill.

I doubt if even a pro politician like Willie Brown approves of that Bill. Not enough of the public is paying attention right now. Their minds may still be on employment, buying school clothing and having to pay near $7. Gas. After a few years, when the effects of this Bill are crystal clear, then, I am hopeful it will be revoked in full.
