Let me say from the outset, with a degree of specific assurance we generally reserve for other matters, Russia had nothing to do with the targeting of a grain facility in the port city of Odesa. Geopolitically and strategically, such an action would be against their interests. These events have the smell of the U.S. State Dept and CIA all over them.

There are parts of Ukraine that have belonged to Russia since the 1800’s, but you would know this if you could read. My great grandfather and his family before and after 1850’s were born in what is modern day Ukraine, but they were Russian citizens. Germans who migrated to Russia when invited by Catherine the Great.
What is going on there, is none of the business of the US. Just like it was not our business to attack the Serbs under Clinton.
