A group of prominent conservatives released a new report Thursday outlining their investigation into the 2020 election and have concluded former President Trump's claims of a stolen election are unfounded.
The report, "LOST NOT STOLEN: The Conservative Case that Trump Lost and Biden Won the 2020 Presidential Election," was put together by three former federal judges and eight conservative leaders who investigated Trump's claims.
Over the course of a year, the group looked at all 64 cases of the Trump campaign's fraudulent claims in six key states and concluded that there were no substantial instances of fraud that would have changed the election results. The report goes state by state and claim by claim, taking time to investigate each legal case.
Fears of further damage to the electoral process drove the report, as allegations of fraud continue. Investigators said they fear that Trump supporters' unwillingness to see the election as lost could come back to haunt them if they flip the majority in the House and Senate this cycle.
"I think there is a lack of recognition that that goes both ways and that, should Republicans take over, you're opening the door for Democrats to say the same thing, … ," Benjamin Ginsberg, an election attorney who has worked in Republican politics for decades, told FOX News.
Ginsberg, along with former senators John Danforth and Gordon H. Smith and longtime Republican congressional chief of staff David Hoppe, as well as former Solicitor General Ted Olson and former federal appeals court judges Michael Luttig, Michael McConnell and Thomas Griffith concluded that there were no substantial claims of fraud to change the election.
The report acknowledges that changes in voting due to the COVID-19 pandemic could have created opportunity for more fraud but found that was not the case.

81 million votes isn’t necessary, too time consuming, and would look suspicious. All one has to do is tamper with the code to make it count 2 or 3 for one for a particular candidate..................
“2000 Mules” had a very different conclusion on the effects and impact on the results, concluding correctly that if not for the fraud, it would have been a Trump landslide in the Electoral College.
A lot of people still don’t understand-to swing an election dramatically in the electoral college, you don’t have to changed a lot of votes.
The number is relatively small. This fact has been known for years, but likely seems counterintuitive to many people, somewhat understandably.
Looks like a whitewash to me, by the deep state. Why are so many working so hard to suppress information of massive scale voter fraud?
Their findings are superficial and shallow because they are ignoring a growing mountain of evidence that the election of 2020 was stolen by a vast left wing conspiracy, aided and abetted by Trump haters on both sides of the aisle.

Not sure I understand your post...are you saying you watched the “2000 Mules” documentary and viewed the other evidence and concluded the election was NOT stolen?

True, that is how JFK won (graveyard vote in Chicago and corrupt pols in Texas). Nixon was told to shut up too. However, they really needed to cheat big this election. There is no hiding the scope of the theft if anyone would seriously look at it. Each battleground state gained around 500,000 extra dem voters (never happened in history or will happen again). The normal change of increase is around 10,000 - 20,000 votes, not several 100,000s.
These “conservatives” are either utterly stupid or willing dupes. It’s quite obvious the 2020 election was stolen.

There have been so many court cases in Wisconsin (one of the few states that have heard cases) that have declared so much of what went on Unconstitutional and Illegal in the 2020 election that I honestly have lost count...
In other words a bunch of uniparty RINOs want to just maintain their seat at the table.

Does their report mention this movie? Did they even see it? The first thing that came to my mind upon hearing this is that this proves the Repub party was in on the steal.
“What they “investigated” were the counts, and not whether those ballots should have been counted to begin with. In Arizona Maricopa county, an independent audit found more than 77000 ballots that should have been THROWN OUT but were instead allowed to be counted. This was in just ONE county!”
I suspect you are correct. The count was accurate. The count included many ballots that should not have been counted.

“Following the scanning and image capture, we return the ballots to Maricopa County for verification and tabulation,” Ellington said. “Ballot envelopes are never opened or tabulated at Runbeck Election Services.”
