In the hours after Cassidy Hutchinson delivered bombshell testimony to the Jan. 6 committee Tuesday, former President Trump and his allies rushed to attack the former White House staffer.

Is this an example of "yellow journalism?" The "bombshell" was a dud.

There was no opportunity for cross examination. The J6 committee could easily have, but did not even ask the Secret Service about the veracity of the allegations.

There is never an opportunity for the accused to present their side or to cross examine the witnesses. The legality of the J6 committee has been questioned.

The "news" is not fake as much as it is corrupt.
