“UPDATE AT 3:43 P.M. - Gov. Greg Abbott confirms 14 students and 1 teacher dead following the mass shooting at Robb Elementary in Uvalde. Abbott also said that the 18-year-old shooter is also dead. Abbott identified the shooter as 18-year-old Salvador Romas. He was killed by officers. According to the governor, the shooter abandoned his car and entered the elementary with a handgun and possibly a riffle. He horrifically shot and killed a total of 15 people.”
