The House voted Thursday to pass Democrats’ bill aimed at combating “price gouging” on gasoline.
The bill passed 217-207, with no Republicans voting for it and four Democrats voting against it: Reps. Stephanie Murphy (Fla.), Lizzie Fletcher (Texas), Kathleen Rice (N.Y.) and Jared Golden (Maine).

They really are that stupid. If anyone denies that, tell them to look at AOC, max waters, the raghead incestuous whore from Somalia, etc. They really believe their own propaganda.
If Americans were that stupid Deep State wouldn’t have to steal elections, would it?
The sheeple are in the majority and they will buy anything. These people are their heroes. I think they would even be their heroes while they were dying of hunger.
Johnson was right when he signed the civil rights bill. Opening the border has done the same for the rest.
There will be no gas to ration.
It does not define what excessive means on purpose, and I see it as the opposite of "toothless". It means whatever they say it means, which may or may not have anything to do with what it meant yesterday or will mean tomorrow.

Between voter blind allegiance, voter stupidity, and voter political fatigue, the true message is rarely heard or understood.
We need a bill against government gouging…
Wanna bet it doesn’t apply to gas tax gouging?
the price of OIL determines the price of gas... democRATS
Here comes the shortage. :)
They could call it “Directive 10-289”
Price controls? What else? Stand by for long lines and rationing.
his is tantamount to an announcement that the Brandons are going to bring on a situation of gas stations running out and not getting more.
Ga lines will put me out of a job.
When will they pass a college tuition gouging bill?
Never. People will simply stop valuing a four-year ivy league degree. Six figures of debt for no realistic prospects.
Real education, as in becoming wiser and well rounded, will be through on-line philosophers like Jordan Peterson, and they’ll find some way to force feed him hemlock. His health is already wrecked.
Any vocational training will be available through a two-year degree or a trade school.
I’ve been seeing a few already, haven’t seen any for years.
When your costs go up, if you don’t eat them, and dare pass along the inflationary pressures you are feeling, YOU ARE PRICE GOUGING.
It’s getting really close to Go Time.
I’d say so. The old term they used was “windfall profits tax.” Leave the prices alone but siphon off a bunch of the companies’ revenue. Many of us saw through that when it happened, and i’d bet now in the internet/social media age, it might just blow up in their faces. While the average peon is less well educated than 40 years ago, he is a lot more cynical.
what you say makes complete sense- though i’m not sure its going to happen
That's right. All this will do is cause shortages.
