Former Trump White House national security official Fiona Hill said Russian President Vladimir Putin had “to explain everything to all the time” to former President Trump.
“He had to keep explaining things, and Putin doesn’t like to do that,” Hill said this week, speaking at a Chicago Council on Global Affairs event in remarks reported by Insider.
Hill added that Putin intentionally chose to invade Ukraine during President Biden’s tenure in the White House.

Putin made no aggressive moves while big dummy Trump was in the White House. But Putin invaded Crimea while genius Obama was president, and he invaded Ukraine while genius Biden was president.

I think Putin did a lot of mansplaining. He’d have to because he has some ideas that are whacky. Like Ukraine isn’t a nation. They’re run by “Nazis.” I listened to a Russian on YouTube explain what the Russians meant by Nazis. It’s everyone who disagrees with them. (Kind of like Twitter.)
As for Trump, if someone talks he’ll let them talk. Nothing wrong with that. It’s not that Trump doesn’t understand. My impression is Trump is smart.
