Multiple people have been hit during a shooting at a church in the Laguna Woods area of Orange County, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Department.
The suspected shooter at the church, in the 24000 block of El Toro Road, is in police custody, the OCSD said.
The gun used in the shooting has been recovered, the OCSD said. Deputies are still at the scene.
This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
My non-lawyer recollection is that a president is not empowered by the Constitution to do such, at least not short of martial law, as those are state/local offices.
And that could be just what the democrats communists are aiming for.

IMO, this country is on a tight rope. One incident like an extended power outage in a major city or another police shooting and this place is gonna light off like a grenade.

Opening statements have been pushed back until June 21 in the trial for Parkland shooter Nikolas Cruz.
They had already been delayed from May 31 before the judge decided to summon 11 potential jurors back to court on May 2 that had previously been quickly dismissed, causing the question of a mistrial.

Might be a retaliatory action after the Buffalo attack.
Every church needs a few concealed carry permit holders standing guard. Churches and schools are soft targets with a vulnerable group of people.
God’s grace period is running out.
