Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito is “taking us back to the 1850s” in his draft opinion that shows the court is poised to overturn the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision.
Klobuchar said, “Let’s be clear about what’s going on here. With this leaked opinion, the court is looking at reversing 50 years of women’s rights, and the fall will be swift. Over 20 states have laws in place already. I think the question that voters are going to be asking when 75% of people are with us on this — who should make this decision? Should it be a woman and her doctor or a politician? Should it be Ted Cruz making this decision or a woman and her family? Where are women’s equal rights?”

Good then let’s repeal 19 to help get us back to sanity
Actually, it will take us back to the fall of the Roman Empire. lol
I think Klobuchar is going to be the Dem nominee for President.
She’s almost as annoying as Princess Gray Beaver.
Yeah, I was thinking that you can really tell who the socialists are because they absolutely cringe at the thought of state rights.
“when 75% of people are with us on this ...”
If 75% of the population is actually “with you” then you’ll have no trouble passing a Consitutional amendment to reinstate the provisions of Roe, and the SC won’t be able to touch it.
Are you trying to alienate all women? Because it’s working.
They also want to repeal the 17th so the elites can appoint their pals as senators.
Good perspective.
I have been watching Klobuchar positioning herself to be the next Hillary, and to be the next D. candidate for president. She’s much more liberal, perhaps a bit less vicious and entitled the Hill though.
More people are realizing that abortion is murder. Democrats leave the baby out of the conversation, and focus on the mother as a victim. There’s a lot of money involved in legal murder, especially when the sell off body parts of the real victims.
