Do you live or do you have friends in Florida?

Some people would say we shouldn't take the low road. But we are dealing with predators. People who want to destroy your kids physically and mentally, while keeping parents out of the loop.

We need to find out who the membership of these two organizations are. Find out who are funding them. Then drag them into the open and not allow them one moment's peace anywhere on God's green earth.

To anybody indifferent about alternative lifestyles the fact that these degenerates want access to everyone’s children should be concerning.

As others have previously stated...it seems incredible that they are picking this as the “hill to die on”...

Less than 1% of the population demanding that we groom K through 3 children for the queer, trans, homo agenda.

Sheer madness.

Free Speech? Try advocating and anti-abortion stance in the classroom. Let’s see how free our speech is then.

violates the constitutionally protected rights of free speech

Free speech has limits, like not being able to yell 'FIRE!' in a crowded movie theater. Thanks, Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, for that.

Wouldn’t be surprised to find Disney is funding some of this.

They will lose in court as usual anyway. Let them sue all they want.

Would not be surprised if Disney is funding this lawsuit by homosexual perverts. The Disney Corporation is trying to control political institutions. They are worse than the robber barons of the late 19th century who almost destroyed American democracy. Disney is a threat to American democracy and the American people.

The AP is lying....as usual. The law doesn’t even mention “gay” or “homosexual” or “trans” or anything of the sort. What the law says is that teachers cannot talk about sex to KIDS who are just 10 and under without parental consent. No sex. No need to mention sex or anything sexual.

That some people are choosing this as the hill to die on is very revealing about them. Clearly they are desperate to groom young children. If not, they would have no problem with the law. Furthermore they know that if they told the truth about the law - ie that it says teachers may not sexualize young children - probably well over 90% of the public would agree with the law. So they have to lie about it.

Imagine the optics of suing a state in order to GROOM CHILDREN into a scientifically proven psychological disorder ... which has only been 'celebrated' or 'reimagined' in the last 30 years or so ...???

The problem with the Florida law and all others like it is that the courts have already accepted the theory of "protected classes" and issue rulings all the time based on that.

In Romer v. Evans, as early as 1996, the USSC ruled that the ONLY REASON to single out homosexual speech or conduct, AS SUCH, was "irrational animus" (hatred or fear).

Since that is now the law of the land (I do not agree that the USSC decisions amend the Constitution, but that is their practical effect), it may very well be that the Florida law will be overturned.

But we keep losing because we do not seek root causes. The existence of a "protected class" based on sexual behavior is the root cause of Romer, of the gay marriage cases, and many others.

If you can't change THAT, no law to enforce community standards or community preferences will ever be found Constitutional again.

No constitutional items allows homosexuals to groom children into homosexuality. I am all for reinstating laws against sodomy.
