Without Biden’s war on US oil production the price of oil alone would have prevented a Russian invasion.
When you shut off a major portion of the world’s oil supply, jacking up the price and giving Putin lots of ready cash while simultaneously using Ukraine as a proxy thorn in his side you create the conditions where he almost has to invade.
If Putin waited, he faces the possibility of a Ukraine in NATO coupled with cheap oil that take all options off the table for him other than being a client state of China or Europe’s whipping boy.
To top it off, Biden is neither feared nor trusted, so any US response is not a consideration with him in office.
Obama and Biden administrations presented Russia with the threat of a hostile, western aligned Ukraine on their front porch while simultaneously being so catastrophically weak on foreign policy Russia could be absolutely certain they would never actually support or defend Ukraine military.
Yes, yes, he couldn’t come back from his boorish comments, he couldn’t come back from fake sexual assault allegations, he couldn’t come back from disrespecting John McCain.. etc etc…

Misleading. Trump said that when it was thought Putin was just going to send in “peacekeepers” to the two breakaway regions. That would have been very smart, getting what he wants with little blowback.
It was never about Trump. It has always been about Trump’s enemies. He has the best enemies. Everyone we hate is against Trump. In every sector, those who are politically depraved hate Trump. What could be a better endorsement.
And Trump serves an important purpose. Everyone knows Trump is not perfect. But he is tough and ever moving forward. He is like the blade of a snow plow. He takes their abuse, allowing everyone to follow in his wake. Lessor people could never do it. Others may be more elegant. Others maybe more proper. He takes the media’s wrath and spits it out. Like some pro wrestler.
We are fighting the swamp. We are fighting the core of the media propaganda industry. We need a tough knight. We don’t need a poet. We don’t need a priest. We need a guy who does not compromise with the swamp. Unfortunately there are too many RINOs in Washington. There are too many who like war and big government. That’s our real problem. DC is soaked in swamp creatures at every level. And there are far too few good people to follow after Trump and make the needed changes.

Well I think Trump used that term in a figurative sense rather than a literal one. Putin is a “genius” enough to not have tried to pull this off when Trump was in office. He waited for corrupt criminal Joe Bidet.

You have to do a lot of twisting to think every leader in the world decided to hold off on doing bad things until Trump’s second term. Trump was the best thing to happen to U.S foreign policy. He is proof positive that all the wars are because either the “leaders” want them or because they’re idiots of the highest order. Trump had peace breaking out all over the world. Go watch the debates, the election and see how much foreign policy was brought up then ask yourself if they were trying to help Trump or the other guy by the omission.
So, following the train of thought...if Putin is an idiot, why can’t the world’s combined leftists outthink him, including our very own drooler in chief?
