In all fairness, he hacked his way through a division sized group of nursing home patients. Give him a little credit. He's no Fauci or Pol Pot but he's pretty good at it.
Governor Cuomo also sabotaged an early test of hydroxychloraquin . He was given a large amount to use to see how well it worked. He allowed it only for people very late in the disease progression when no one was claiming it worked. So it didn’t work.
