For most of my life I have promised myself that I would not discuss politics on the job. Yesterday I broke my promise. A woman (old gal) said, “It looks like Biden is trying to do something about gas prices”. I went off.
I paid my dues for many years. To be kind to my wife I shut up and listened in fuming rage to my inlaws trashing Reagan and then Trump. It was for her.
But why can’t someone else allow my opinions? They won’t. Leftists are intolerant.
And much worse at work. Now retired after suffering every single day from being silent with free talking leftist scumbags.
I hope everybody gets into roaring fights. Why have a Civil War with only one side doing the fighting? (Not my original comment-—but I agree.)
I now associate with no one.
